Yuktora ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data when you use our web platform located at yuktora.vercel.app. By logging into the service and checking our verification notice, you consent to the processing frameworks detailed below.

1. Personal Data Collected and Processing Ecosystem

To provide AI-driven resume optimization, Yuktora processes the following personal data points:

Account Identity: Email address (processed via Supabase Auth).
Core Profile Metrics: Full name, telephone number, geographic location, and LinkedIn URL.
Professional Attributes: Target job roles, explicitly stated technical and soft skills, and raw resume text.
Job Application Target: External job descriptions, titles, and company metadata.

Third-Party Processing & Cross-Border Transfer Disclosure:

Yuktora operates using a zero-silo integration model. Your profile name and contact information stay secure inside our live Supabase instances (Mumbai, India region). However, to generate match analytics, raw resume text and targeted job descriptions are securely processed via API by our artificial intelligence provider, Anthropic, PBC (Claude Engine). This processing occurs on infrastructure hosted outside of India (primarily the United States). By submitting your data, you explicitly acknowledge this cross-border transfer for optimization purposes. Anthropic does not use your submitted text to train public baseline models.

2. Data Security Framework & Technical Commitments

We implement transport-layer encryption (HTTPS) across all network calls. While we apply standard sanitization routines on text fields prior to rendering them inside our dashboard framework, users are strongly advised not to paste unencrypted, highly sensitive data (such as passwords, health metrics, or financial identifiers) directly into resume field text areas.

3. Your Legal Rights Under DPDP Act

As a Data Principal, you maintain absolute control over your digital footprint. You may exercise the following rights directly:

Right to Access & Correction: Review your stored profile data inside your application dashboard or submit an accuracy correction request.
Right to Erasure: Delete your account data instantly through your account profile interface.
Right to Nominating a Representative: Designate an authorized individual to manage your profile rights in the event of unforeseen incapacity.
Grievance Redressal: For any processing inquiries, data disputes, or immediate escalation, you may directly message our designated Grievance Officer at support@yuktora.vercel.app. We resolve all registered complaints within regulatory timeframes.
